Reasons Why I’m A Bad Person
Since we are quickly becoming the best of friends I’ll trust you with this deep dark secret. One time I told an ex-boyfriend that I cheated on him and that he should probably get tested. (That’s not the secret)
This is the secret – I never actually cheated on him. I just wanted his psycho ass to stop returning all my break-up requests with ‘romantic gestures’. And by romantic gestures I mean acting like he didn’t hear me or patting me on the head condescendingly. So I did what I thought was humane at the time. I guess that was fucked up of me?
Don’t feel bad for him, I’m pretty sure his HMO covered in-network therapy sessions.
And in my defense if you met him you’d be on my side about this. I promise.
Plus, I recycle so I’m obviously a really good person.
